TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL

These Terms of Service govern your use of the WEARHOUSE Authentic online store and your purchase of products through our website.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

WEARHOUSE Authentic reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order will be the version in effect when your purchase is made.

2. ABOUT WEARHOUSE AUTHENTIC

WEARHOUSE Authentic is a South African clothing and knitwear brand.

Our online store provides customers with access to our products, product information, pricing, promotions and related services.

3. PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing information and specifications displayed on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.

Minor variations in texture, colour, finish or construction may occur, particularly with knitted and other textile products.

Such variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available until checkout is completed and payment has been successfully processed.

WEARHOUSE Authentic reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been received, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

5. PRICES

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to obvious pricing errors.

WEARHOUSE Authentic reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

If an order has been placed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact the customer before processing the order.

6. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is only considered accepted once WEARHOUSE Authentic has confirmed the order and payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including suspected fraud, payment issues, stock discrepancies or obvious pricing errors.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

7. PAYMENT

Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout.

Orders will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully confirmed.

You agree that the payment information you provide must be accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

8. PRE-ORDERS

Where a product is specifically identified as a PRE-ORDER, the product may not be immediately available for dispatch.

The expected production or delivery timeframe will be communicated on the relevant product page or through the order confirmation.

Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may change due to production, manufacturing, logistics or other circumstances.

If a significant delay occurs, WEARHOUSE Authentic will communicate the relevant information to affected customers.

9. DELIVERY

We deliver to addresses within the delivery areas offered at checkout.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, public holidays, weather, operational delays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed to the appointed courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s operating processes.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information.

WEARHOUSE Authentic cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

10. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Customers should review the Return & Refund Policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Return & Refund Policy excludes or limits any rights afforded to consumers under applicable South African law.

11. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at:

We will consider cancellation requests based on the status of the order.

Once an order has entered production, been dispatched, or otherwise progressed beyond a stage where cancellation is reasonably possible, the request may instead be treated in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

You agree to use the WEARHOUSE Authentic website lawfully and responsibly.

You may not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, reproduce or exploit website content without permission.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any dispute will be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of South Africa.

19. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove, restrict or waive any rights that consumers have under applicable South African consumer-protection legislation.

Where there is a conflict between these Terms of Service and a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
